Dr. Benjamin Henry Stamers married Elizabeth Quinton and they had around 9 children. Including  Jessie Bethune Stamers  who married  Archdeacon John Henry Heron Graham .  Dr. Benjamin Henry Stamers , M.D., L.R.C.S. (c.1831–1886) was a Caribbean-born physician whose education and career traced the routes of a nineteenth-century Atlantic professional. Born on Turks Island , he spent part of his youth in Bermuda before leaving for medical study in Europe; he qualified L.R.C.S. (Edinburgh) and held an M.D. (Edinburgh) . In January 1855 , amid the Crimean War , he was commissioned Assistant Surgeon in the East Kent Militia and soon after served in Malta , then a major British hospital base for the conflict. He married Elizabeth Quinton, daughter of John Quinton (born in London, England) on September 18, 1856 in St John's Episc Chapel, Edinburgh, Scotland. Rev. William Thomas Heron Graham & Henry Daniel Smith Graham married daughters of Rev. Michael Gregory Constantine. John Constantine - born 25 June 1762 in Kingston, Jamaica, died 25 March 1843, Kingston, Jamaica. John is presumed to be the son of Madalene Gregory a free Multo woman by Jno Constantine. Born on June 25th and baptised on July 8th 1762. Although there is no proof that this is the John that is Michael Gregory Constantine's father, I am making that assumption because of the Magdalene’s surname Gregory, which reappears as middle name in many of the John Constantine’s children and his first born has middle name Magdalese. Florence Geraldine Constantine married Rev William Thomas Heron Graham and her sister Francis Eleanor Constantine married Daniel Smith Graham. their parents were Rev Michael Gregory Constantine & Charlotte Anglin Tate.   Charlotte Anglin Tate was the illegitimate daughter of Thomas Dale Tate esq and a free mulatto woman named Frances C Tomlinson . Although married Thomas seemed to have had a lasting relationship with Frances. This was not uncommon at the time in Jamaica. Often marriages were arranged for political power or to consolidate wealth. This is not to say that Thomas and his wife, Mary, seemed to dislike one another as they did manage to have quite a large family made up of nine children. However as I say it was common for land owners at the time to have mulatto mistresses who they would often put up in a house of their own with servants of their own and it seems most likely that Thomas and Frances had such an arrangement. William Ross Croft married to Elizabeth Mary Ann King .  According to family lore both she and her daughter Agnes were fluent in French. Her parents were Richard Cargill King and Elizabeth Jane Fox. Elizabeth Mary Ann Croft nee King Richard Cargill King - born circa 1780 in Portland, Jamaica, died 3 Sept 1838 in St Thomas in the Vale, Jamaica.
